T-8 Days!!

We can not believe this wedding is just around the corner!!

A few things you need to know:

The Friday Night Welcome Party will be held at Anne's house from 6-11pm. Everyone is welcome! This event is going to be outdoors, so don't forget to bring a sweater or light jacket.
Anne's address is: Calle San Luquitas 30- on the corner of Callejon del Burrito and Calle San Luquitas
*For those of you who would like to walk, we marked Anne's house on the map that came with your invitation. Bring it!
*For those of you who want to ride, there will be a shuttle(chicken bus) picking up in the main square and doing two loops- first round is at 530, second round is at 545. That same shuttle will be taking people back to the square at 1030pm and 11pm.
Attire is wedding casual - jeans and t-shirts not encouraged.

Saturday is the wedding! Doors are going to open at 530, but feel free to go to San Jose el Viejo any time after 5 to enjoy a libation before the ceremony! Dinner will be served at 7, with dancing to follow. Because we will be getting married in a national monument, we have to be out of the ruin by 1130. Don't worry, the night won't be over. We are having an after party at a bar 4 blocks from the venue so we will all walk there together following the reception.
Attire is formal. For the guys, a tie is recommended.

Sunday brunch will be at Meson Panza Verde hotel located at 5ta Avenida Sur #19
(5th Avenue South #19) Brunch service is from 10-12, but anyone can stay and drink until 1. (Or until we move the party to one of our hotel rooms- this is where we are staying!)
Attire is casual. Some form of butt cover is recommended.

We are so beyond excited to see all of you in beautiful Antigua NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!
Please please call or email with any questions!!

This wedding is really creeping up... have you RSVP'd?

One month and one week until the big day!  I'm excited to report that most of you have purchased your tickets and are getting as jazzed as we are. I've been compulsively checking the weather in Antigua and much to my delight it has turned from constant lightening bolts to sunshine and mid 70s!

We are in the final stages of our planning process and one MAJOR thing you guys can do to help is to RSVP if you haven't already! That way we can tell our caterer what everyone prefers for dinner, we can figure out exactly how many tables/chairs we will need, and most importantly - we'll know who we will be celebrating with! Sunday the 15th is the deadline to RSVP, so if we haven't heard from you, you are uninvited. (Just kidding. But seriously, RSVP so we don't have to track you down please!) THANK YOU to everyone who has already done it!

I can't believe we will all be in Antigua together in just a few weeks!! Eeeeeeek!!!!!
So many exclamation points!!!!

3 MONTHS AND 9 DAYS UNTIL WE TIE THE KNOT IN ANTIGUA, GUATEMALA!!

Have you gotten your tickets yet? Hopefully you have all purchased tickets to Antigua, GUATEMALA and not to the Caribbean. There has been a bit of confusion over WHICH Antigua, if you can believe it. Seth and I are not beach-wedding types... Sorry folks!!

*Most tickets should be around $600, hopefully less.
*You will be flying into Guatemala City, Guatemala - La Aurora airport

Have you made your hotel reservations yet?

*January in Antigua is high season, so make sure you book a room soon! Click on the accommodations section to the right to see recommendations >>>
*Some hotels say they don't have availability online due to the fact your are reserving for 2014, even if it is only 3 months away. Send an email to be sure!
*If you want to find your own hotel, we will be staying at Meson Panza Verde so google map it and find a place close(ish) to us if you want to be near the action!

Once everyone starts booking their tickets, we can begin making plans for transportation from the airport to Antigua. Please let us know when you will be getting in so we can try to organize group shuttles.

We are soooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
